Yes -- rest assured that we take security extremely seriously. We have three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by Extended Validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security. Thirdly, Stripe and its 256-bit security protocol processes credit card transactions. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).

We’ll try our best to send you the same team. If one of them is sick or on vacation, we’ll send a replacement so your service doesn’t get interrupted. We have standardized processes and training to ensure all our staff provide the high-quality service and cleaning you deserve.
